We deeply appreciate your ongoing support. Your recurring donations have made a significant impact, helping us provide essential care and opportunities for orphans in need. We understand that circumstances can change, so if you need to adjust or cancel your recurring donation, we’ve made it easy to do so.

Donorbox

We partner with Donorbox to provide secure and flexible donation management. Donorbox uses Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Venmo with Donorbox UltraSwift™ Pay, giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method.

How to Manage Your Donations

As a recurring donor, you have access to your own Donor Portal through Donorbox. This portal allows you to easily manage your donation plan. You can pause, cancel, or resume donations, update your card information, change your donation amount, and even adjust the charge date.

How to Cancel Your Recurring Donation

To cancel or manage your recurring donation, simply log in to your Donorbox account. An account was automatically created for you when you set up your recurring donation. Use your login credentials to access the Donorbox donor portal, where you can manage your payments and make any necessary changes, including cancellation.
